I know all of you are waiting patiently for this...

HERE'S MY ERIOL HIIRAGISAWA'S COSPLAY~ Hooray!

Oh my God. I promised myself to NEVER EVER rush for cosplays, to never be last minute and stuff, but... For this one, I pretty much failed. The whole cosplay was done like a few days before Otakuthon (THANK YOU SO MUCH MOMMY) but I should have known that the hat and the staff would be both overkill.

For the hat, I used a cowboy hat (Yes yes!), paper craft, newspapers and scotch tape. I tried to do something that looks like his hat and then I covered the whole thing with fabric. The yellow and blue thingies are stuck with hot glue... My poor fingers were all burnt at the end.
Since my head is big (...), the hat always fall

For the staff, I used a wood broomstick covered with gold spray paint, paper craft, gold acrylic paint and a lot of scotch tape XD The front is actually nice, but the back is horrible LOL That's why I won't show you. But maybe I'll re-do it so the back can be as beautiful as the front, but for now I'm pretty much tired of this staff haha.

I think it's my first prop ever, so don't be too harsh on comments, please! I hope you enjoyed this cosplay as much as I do, Eriol is one of my favourite male characters EVER, and this outfit was one of my dream cosplay for a long time. I'm very glad I finally realized it, it's so meaningful to me.

About Otakuthon, since I was co-host at the karaoke events with Ricky, I didn't had too much time to show-off this cosplay, but be sure that next year, I'll totally wear it again!

You did an amazing job on this cosplay! I saw you at Otakuthon on Friday and chased you XD But you went to sing karaoke so I didnt bother you... either way its really well done. the staff is simply amazing. Eriol has always been one of my favourite characters ever so it was really cool to see someone cosplay as him.

Last minute costuming, I totally understand you on that. XD I finished my costume at like 3pm on Friday and it was such a rush til the end! Never doing that again, I hope.
